I’m proud to say that I’ve been helping process meat with my dad since 2023 & every day has been an exciting learning experience. Growing up surrounded by this craft, I’ve developed a true passion for both the art of butchery & the entrepreneurial side of running our family business. Being a third-generation butcher fills me with pride, as I continue the legacy of quality & hard work passed down through the years.
As I dive deeper into the day-to-day operations, I’m not only honing my butchering skills but also learning the ins & outs of business management. It’s an exciting challenge & I love the process of growing & improving our family-run shop. My dream is to one day take over my father’s business & carry on the tradition with my own unique touch.
